Shipping
- We require Freight Shipping For All Windows. Flat Fee of $399.
- Any Window Parts that can go standard carrier (UPS, or USPS) will follow these Rates Below:
- Economy Standard: Ships in 5-15 Business Days - $11.73
- Priority Standard: Ships Next Business Day, Arrives in 3-5 Days - $23.47
- Express: Before 1PM EST, Ships Same Day, Arrives in 1-2 Days - $91.81
- We require Freight Shipping for All Windows. Meaning this will be shipped using a non-standard carrier and will come on a LTL Truck delivered straight to your home or business.
- Once an order is placed, we do our best to have it in production within 24 - 48 hours.
- Once your order ships, you should expect your order to arrive in 3 - 10 Business Days (depending on your location).
Returns
1. Contact us to receive a return authorization.
2. Your order must have been placed within the last 30 days to be eligible for a refund. Item must not have been installed, or tampered with in any way. Needs to be in original condition.
3. In your return package, please include your order details and reasons for the return. Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days of receiving your package and inspecting it for any damages.
A restocking fee will be deducted from your return credit to cover the cost of processing the items back into stock. Items returned within 30 days are subject to 25% restocking fee.
While we're unable to exchange items, we can set up a Return Authorization so you can return the items you no longer need and place an order for new items.
- Scratched, broken, used, or with missing or replaced parts/instructions.
- Special Order (Custom Size), final sale or "non-returnable" as identified on original web listing or by sales representative.
- Damaged in return shipping process due to lack of proper packaging and padding.
Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is processed and preparing for shipments we cannot cancel your order.
